Family Sunset Session in the Mountains

I hadn't gotten to see this sweet family since Rhodes; their son was 6 months old. It was such a treat to run up to the same spot Katie and Austin got engaged at and take some family photos this fall. We had so much fun basically just playing games to get the good smiles out of Rhodes. My favorite tip for family photographers is to have a good rotation of toddler games on standby to keep sessions moving smoothly and meltdown-free. Literally disguise your sessions as playdates, and you will be smoooooth sailing. I hope you enjoy this small look into the Davis' family's session as much as I did.
